At Private Flight Concierge, we offer a comprehensive concierge service covering a variety of services to suit your every need.
We are able to book hotels and transfers where needed, complete shopping as well as sourcing those items that are needed for yourself or your clients. Due to our location, we are easily able to access London to source items or complete restaurant collections, delivering all fresh items in our fleet of refrigerated vans.
We are able to source flowers and speciality cakes as well as helping to ensure those special occasions are made memorable. We also offer a parcel delivery service where we can source or hold your items until your next flight when we will deliver your package to you personally.
We offer a linen refresh service aswell as a de-cater and catering uplift where required.
Packages are available for those much needed cabin amenities and catering essentials.

Bespoke Packages
Our bespoke packages are available in many different formats and make a great addition to your flight. Our packages have been designed so that reguarly used and needed items can be available in one package at one set price, thus preventing the need to source regularly used items seperately, allowing you to focus on your clients and the flight ahead.

All items are sourced, boxed and delivered directly to your aircraft at your desired time.

Shopping, collections and parcel delivery
We are able to complete all of your shopping requirements, sourcing those much needed items, even those that are hard to source.
Due to our location we are easily able to access your favourite restaurants in London to complete collections, delivering your order directly to your aircraft.
We offer a parcel delivery service wherby your parcels can be delivered directly to us, stored securely and delivered to your aircraft on your request.
On ground logistics
We are able to organise your on ground logistics, including ground transportation, hotel stays and transfers - eliminating any further stress and enabling you to have one point of contact.
De-caters and catering uplifts can be completed on request as well as linen refreshes.
Special occasions
We undertstand the importance of special occasions and ensuring they are memorable for all of the right reasons. We are able to provide bouquets of flowers, specialist and personalised cakes, cards aswell as personalised gifts to mark any occasion. We can work with you to deliver your requests and to ensure your client has a memorable trip.
