Who are we?
With great passion for both Good Food and Private Aviation, Luke and Nikki Turner founded Private Flight Concierge. After many years of working and exploring the world of Private Aviation, our very first delivery took place in October 2021. Four months later, we then expanded by opening a purpose built kitchen based near London Stansted Airport, serving all UK Airports, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Since then, our team has expanded. Employing a diverse team with a wealth of knowledge in Private Aviation, Food , Concierge and Operations.

Our purpose-built headquarters efficiently manages grocery deliveries, parcel handling, storage solutions, and inventory management.
We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services designed to reduce stress, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.
Our Menu
Our dining experience, where simplicity meets flavour! Our menu has been thoughtfully crafted to highlight the essence of each ingredient, offering you a selection of dishes that are both comforting and satisfying.
Here, you won’t find an overwhelming array of choices; instead, we focus on a curated selection that emphasises quality over quantity. Each item is prepared with care, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to ensure that every bite is a celebration of taste.Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty main course or a light, refreshing salad, our menu is designed to cater to diverse palates while maintaining a straightforward approach to dining. We believe that great food doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s all about the flavours and the joy of sharing a meal. And finally, we are solely committed to providing the service that you deserve.
Packaging
All of our catering is packed in bulk as standard, ready for re-plating on board the aircraft unless specified otherwise or for platters and meal boxes. If you would like your catering delivered/packaged any other way, then please do let our team know.
Logistics
We offer reliable assistance with collections and deliveries, including luggage pickups and urgent transport needs, even on short notice. Rest assured, all services are fully insured for your peace of mind.
