Grocery, Restaurant and Boutque Shopping 

Grocery Shopping Service 
Send your desired shopping list to our Concierge Team who will source, pack and deliver your requested items directly to your aircraft. 
Service can be provided last minute dependant on location. 
 
Boutique Shopping 
A personalised service offering high end assistance to source luxury, hard to find and bespoke items. We will manage everything from curation to delivery. 
 
Restaurant Collections 
We work with a large number of restaurants both locally and in London. Send us your preferred restaurant and menu and our concierge team will place this order on your 
behalf, collect and deliver directly to your aircraft. (Repackaging Service is available) 
 
 

Parcel and Grocery Delivery Management 

Parcel Management 
Due to fly into the UK? Planning ahead of time? Direct your parcels to us. We will store and deliver directly to your aircraft on your arrival or departure. 
NOTE - ensure your name and flight registration is present on the delivery address. 
 
Grocery Food Deliveries 
Our Concierge team can accept, repackage, refrigerate and deliver directly to your aircraft to ensure freshness and temperature of high risk foods. 
Booking needs to be confirmed by operations prior to delivery. 
 
 

On ground logistics  

Storage 
We can store, organise, replenish, deliver any stock, equipment and branded items etc, as and when you need them as part of our concierge service offers to operators, 
charters and commercial operators. 
 
Logistics 
We have a fully insured fleet of refrigerated vans and drivers to assist your logistics needs. 
Urgent and last minute service available pending on availability. 
 

Special occasions 

We undertstand the importance of special occasions and ensuring they are memorable for all of the right reasons. We are able to provide bouquets of flowers, specialist and personalised cakes, cards aswell as personalised gifts to mark any occasion. We can work with you to deliver your requests and to ensure your client has a memorable trip.
